Admission costs are as follows (Costs are per day):
Ages 6 and under: Free
Ages 7 - 16: $5
Ages 17 and up: $10
There is no charge for parking.
Both locations can accept cash or credit card.
Note: When attending games at Optimist Park - you will drive (on Turnpike Rd.) by the park on your left, and take a left turn onto Plantation Road - and enter the gate on Plantation Rd. The Turnpike Rd. gate will be used for exiting only.
We are excited to welcome every team to Laurinburg for the 2026 Tar Heel Leagues Girls Softball State Championships.
We are celebrating each team by giving a "shout-out" on the three LED Boards that promote our community.
All 40 teams are presented. Each for 8 seconds at a time. This gives you an opportunity to see your team on the board -- and also take photos. The teams are presented in alphabetical order. So if you get there and Currituck is highlighted, you know Garner Elite is coming up soon. It will take about 6 minutes to cycle through all the teams, so your team is always just a few minutes away.
The best, and safest place to see one of the billboards is at the Nic's Pic Kwik in Laurell Hill - located at 9801 Andrew Jackson Highway (US74). There is a large parking lot there and you can walk through the field to get to the board.
